Friday Night Presentation with Jack Wilbern
On Friday night, April 26, our architect Jack Wilbern will provide an orientation to planning our future homes. We will also view the site concept plan and the Common House design our Members recently developed.

Virtual Conversation: Current Topics in Cohousing
Many cohousing communities use consensus or sociocracy tools for decision-making to ensure that all voices are heard. Join us to practice skillful listening in small groups as we consider reasons people give for their votes on cohousing topics. We will learn about current questions and concerns in cohousing communities worldwide.
Your host will select 2-3 topics from current international cohousing community listserve discussions. This is a great opportunity to use contemporary questions and concerns among cohousing Members and Explorers to share ideas without any pressure to agree or make decisions.
