What is a cohousing agrihood?
It’s time to satisfy your longing for community & land (even if you’re not a farmer).

No need to wait: call to speak with John, 615-480-2786, or Cassie, 614-562-3830, members who are eager to answer your initial questions!

Learn more at a virtual information session and a site visit to learn more about cohousing — private home ownership in an intentional community with shared land and a common house. Then see the land where homes and a farm will be built with lots of open green space.

Happy people stand celebrate behind a table with a building design.

Members celebrate a successful common house workshop with the architect in January. The common house is where we will have weekly community meals; it will also serve as an extension of our homes with lots of spaces for different activities.

Home sites are limited, and our member-driven home programming (layout & look) workshop will be in Spring 2024.
