You’re almost home…

No need to wait: call to speak with John, 615-480-2786, or Cassie, 614-562-3830, members who are eager to answer your initial questions!

If you like what you see and hear, take the crucial step of becoming an Explorer. Explorer status gives you 30 to 90 days to get to know the neighbors and have access to resources and project information to help you determine if Burns Village & Farm is a fit for you. You must be an Explorer before becoming a Member.

Visitors and members check out the land in front of the 200-year-old “Mother Oak.” On-site, you can see where the houses will be laid out to preserve this magnificent tree, plus see the view down the hill.

Not quite sure? Learn more about Burns Village & Farm at a virtual information session or a site visit — where you’ll enjoy private home ownership in an intentional community with shared land and a common house. Meet some neighbors and ask questions about cohousing, the farm, and our vision.

Home sites are limited, and our member-driven home programming (layout & look) workshop will be in Spring 2024.

Happy people stand celebrate behind a table with a building design.

Members celebrated a successful common house workshop with the architect in January 2024. The common house is where we will have weekly community meals; it will also serve as an extension of our homes with lots of spaces for different activities.
